Hello!
I knew about this website but somehow never saw the forum. 
Anyway, I'm from Johannesburg, South Africa and my boat is a lovely Simonis designed 50' catamaran moored in Cape Town. Cruising the world has been a long time dream of ours, we commenced building our yacht in 2003 and finally finished it in 2009. We are now adding last minute additions to the yacht such as AIS, bimini, solar panels, satellite tracking, electric winches and some other nifty gadgets. We hope to wrap up our landlubber existence within the next 12 months and FINALLY start our dream - sailing the world's oceans.
