New from Alaska!

Hello from the beautiful state of Alaska! I have always had an interest in sailing and now that I am retired from the military, I plan to dive into the sport. It is still too cold where I am to think about getting on the water just yet, but come May and June I will be into it. Look forward to "talking" with you guys!

Welcome tundrasailor.

AK is a pretty big state with a lot of coastline. So where are you planning on sailing?
I have met some folks from AK online who sail around Homer. There are also quite a few members from BC, your neighbors to the south.

Thanks for your service.
