Sorry to hear about your misfortunes.

Please dont take this the wrong way. I understand the call of the sea, but perhaps a boat isn't something you should be focusing on right now. Whats to prevent similar misfortune falling upon you again. I couldn't imagine the heartbreak of losing a *second* boat in a similar manner.

Secure some funds for a rainy day so that you never have to be in the situation you're in with your new boat, whenever it comes.

Try the E-Bay Auctions...

Lot of nice boats for a couple hundred bucks...

It might be an old Bristol 27, or a Cal 2-29, or even a Cape Dory 25D or whatever; but, if you are one of those who no longer sails, and are interested in helping out a couple who will truly appreciate your gift, we would greatly appreciate your generosity and philanthropy.

I would be interested in a mid 80's Sabre 38, if the boat you want to donate to a VERY reasonable cause is larger than these folks are needing...drama can be provided, should that help in your decision as to our need

It will be lovingly maintained and when used, pleasant thoughts will prevail. Feel free to contact me here....
