Hello all !!
I've recently been accepted on the Clipper 13-14 Round the World Yacht Race.

For those that don't know, the race is the following
- 40,000 miles
- 13 Countries
- 1 Circumnavigation
- 1 Panama Canal Transit
- Southern Ocean & Northern Pacific crossing
- Racing 24/7 on stripped out 70ft yachts

Now that I've got some people's attention I'd like to ask you all a favor. Besides the usual schtick of asking for money, I'd actually like to ask you for some advice. The race is expensive and even tough I'm paying "the lion's share" on my own, I will need some sponsorship. If anyone here can help me with ideas, advice or hell, even $5 please let me know.

Now as I race, I'd like to give back to some worthwhile charities as well (The Everest of Amateur Sailing | Racing around the world…for good reason) so please, if you don't support me at least give some thought to helping them out.
