Well hello

An introduction
Ive been sailing almost 15 years. Started when i was around 40.
On my third boat. First was a Rhodes 22 for around 3 years. The second a 1983 Catalina 30 that i did a ton of work on. Sold that last year and bought a 2003 Catalina 350.
I've bareboated through a lot of the Caribbean, and solo cruised all over Long Island Sound.
Trying to get my first off shore experience through OPO. Was on last falls NARC Rally ascrew, but the owner/capt. Broe his goose neck fitting with 2uncontrolled gybes 6hours into the trip. Just as well. He probably would have killed us all in the weather mess that developed south of the stream.
Thats my sailing story in a nutshell.

Re: Well hello

Bought "Little Jumps" new in 1985, she is a Lancer 30 built from a CC mold,
beige hull/topsides with fractional rig. Moor her at Steppingstone Marina on the
sound, directly south of City Is. My mooring neighbor Ilene is a Catalina 350.
If your down our way there is always a guest mooring available.
Best,
Hugo
