Sailing to Catalina

Hello. My son and I will be in California (LA) in a couple of weeks and would like to rent a sailboat for an overnight trip to Catalina. We own a Freedom 29, which we sail in Lake Michigan by Chicago, a couple of Freedom 21's and an International 210. I've been sailing for many years. Can somebody point me in the right directions to rent a sailboat (around 25 ft) for a weekend? I understand the trip to Catalina is around 5 hrs., and a distance of 25 miles.

There are several charters out of marina del rey, which is 32 miles from Isthmus harbor. More like six hours. Check the argonaut or CL.
