Hello from Michigan

Hi Everyone,

I've been lurking and learning here for sometime as a new sailor and a first time boat owner (surprisingly much cheaper than owning an airplane).

Recently, I've just picked up a beautiful Cheoy Lee 33 Clipper Ketch. She's out in SF Bay for the time being but I will probably move her to one of the Great Lakes later spring.

Re: Hello from Michigan

Welcome

We are just down the road from you as well. We just bought a large dinghy last fall and keep it at Portage lake for the time being. We named it after our granddaughter. If you need a crew some weekend let me know as I am interested in being on a larger boat.

Hello from the other side of the State. We sail out of SW Michigan and Eldean's in Holland. Beautiful area.

Once I get her over to Michigan, I'll let you know. I can always use a hand or two.

Heard so much about the west coast MI but have yet to visit. Can't wait to check out the area.
