Jak is on a distinguished road
Hello from Gig Harbor, Wa

The fiancee and I have made the comitment to go see the world, and are as of yet sailing novices. Hoping to leave in 2 years, during which time we will be learning to sail, selling the house, and buying a blue water 35-45 ft boat. Should have boat budget of around 50k, leaving us around the same amount in reserve. We are hoping to buy a boat at the end of next summer, and spend a year getting farmilliar with it in the Puget Sound, and San Juan Islands before heading down the coast and through the Panama Canal.

The last couple weeks I have been reading, reading, and reading. So far I have mainly learned how MUCH I have to learn... but we will get there... one step at a time.

Jak
