Post Hello

Hi, I'm new to this forum. I live in Oklahoma, and just got myself a used Snipe. Years ago, we had a D-18, I don't remember the builder's name, and now we're getting slowly back to it. Just wanted to say Hi.

Oklahoma City area.

Re: Hello

Thank you very much. It's a pleasure to be among sailors again.

My wife and I just a few minutes ago, finished splicing an eye into a new double braided main sheet with my poorly thought out makeshift tools so we're having fun already.

I'm going to order a few fids, before I do that again. My boat is 40 years old, and she still has 5 of her old annual SCIRA racing stickers on her hull. I'm absolutely in love. ( again )
