What boat is this

I saw this in Dayton on Flathead Lake, Montana. Anybody know what make she is?

Looks like a Victoria 18. If so, it's a sweet sailing little boat. I was told that the designer scaled down the lines of an old fishing schooner (Bluenose?) for inspiration.
