Three Anchor Mooring?

I have been trying to come up with a mooring solution and came across the multiple anchor mooring method. So the boat is a Catalina 22 (wing keel) and it would be moored in less than ten feet of water in a bay on Lake Erie with a sandy bottom. I was thinking of using three danforths anchors. Does anybody have any suggestions on what size (or types) anchors I should use? What kind of chain? How much chain should I use from each anchor to the center? I would really appreciate any and all suggestions. Thanks.
