Hey folks. Just stumbled across this site in a Google search. Looking forward to reading posts and articles.

I recently bought a Venture Newport 23 Cutter to start my sailing training. Plan to move up in size in a couple of years. But, for now, I like the cut of 23's jib.

Plus, with the trailer it was pretty cheep for So Cal boat standards.

Eventually, I want to sail to the coastal islands and down to La Paz for the fishing.
