Feedback on Irwin 43

I'm considering purchasing an Irwin 43 (1987) sloop. Are there any trouble spots peculiar to this model that I should be aware of? Are current and pst owner of this boat satisfied with its performance and comfort level?
Thank you,
Pearl in Maine

They are excellent values if you don't have circumnavigation type goals.
We've since stepped up in size and my 44 is for sale @ $129k (without a broker) in case you want to take a
