looking to buy Irwin 37 CC

I am located in Florida and want to buy early 80 / late 70 model Irwin 37 CC. I am willing to pay market value (NADA) only. I have bought many and sold many boats. So, please no boat owners w/ some outrages price and that justifies it w/ the ruze of sold boat data. Contact me at:
henry.bartlett@us.army.mil
thanks

Henry...you might want to contact gene gammon as he is kind of "Mr. Irwin" and will know much of the boats that are on the market as well as maybe some coming on the market shortly.

MIKEMCKEE will become famous soon enough
Henry,
We've had our 1976 Irwin 37CC for about 5 years now and we love it just as much now as then. One of the major items that we've come upon is the AC / DC system's. With the previous owners running new lines and leaving old lines it's a bit of a crap shoot as to what goes where and so on.
Another item that we've learned is, this sailboat doesn't go to windward worth a dam, in fact she act's like a pig unless you've got a good bit of wind to work with, if you don't find somewhere down wind to go to.
As with any older boat, you've got to ask your self, how much of the work that will needed to be done can I do, because if you have someone else do it you'll run out of money before you even leave the pier, but would I still buy her if I had to do it again, (YES) Glinda and I call it our weekend vacations. let me know if you have any specific questions.
We've got some photo's on this site, under mikemckee, plus the offical Irwin owners web site.
