Irwin 32.5 Ketch

I am a little freaked out! I own an Irwin that I bought at a salvage yard a year ago and I'm just getting around to doing some work on it.
It had filled up with water when someone was working on the engine and they left the sea cocks open.
I just got estimates on a new engine and was told everything has to be replaced, transmission etc.
About a year ago, I got a bracket thinking I could put an outboard on it, but because of the curved transom, that is not possible unless the boat is hauled out.
Help!

I have the same problem and will add the attached guide to get the outboard down into the water
