Greetings & Salutations,

I'm sorta new to the world of Irwin's but have found myself to be the proud owner of a worthy "mature" 45' Center Cockpit Cutter. Wondering if there are any other owners out there whose brains I could pick for information. Right now, I'm in the process of reemoving her Perkins 4.108 with a rebuilt replacement and checking her out for her maiden voyage (with me). Also, I found aboard her some plans for her interior and exterior spec's if anyone would be interested. Cheers!

Let me know how you like her. I'm goin full time in a couple of years and the 45 irwin CC is my choice right now. Good hull reports, nice layout and owners seem to keep them. Post something after your "maiden"

Call Mr. Gene Gammon at Gulf Coast Yacht Sales in St. Petersburg, FL. He is known as Mr. Irwin in the Tampa Bay area where these boats were built. You can look him up online, I am too old and feeble to learn the copy and paste attributes from the internet.

If you happen to have those I-45 docs on e-files, I'd be grateful if you could send me the specs and, if possible, a sail plan, profile, and layout. Tx!

Hi David,

I don't have the plans on e-files, just the old large paper styles. I will look into the cost of getting them scanned but if you'd like, I'll gladly make copies amd send them to you. What year/model is yours?
