Tank Monitoring

We have an IP 380 s/v Oriana... The fuel and water tanks have monitoring capability, but not the Holding Tank. In looking at options, the top of the tank seems to be inaccessible for an "in tank" system. Also, running wire, etc to the current monitor read out at the Nav Station appears cumbersome, so we have considered locating a read out somewhere more convenient in the forward cabin. Any help or advice on an appropriate system and tank access would be most appreciated. Thanks...
We are new to Sailnet, have had our IP for almost 2 years and are located on the Chesapeake Bay...

Practical sailor did a review of several tank monitoring solutions, running from simple to install to complex, single tank to multitank.
You only need a single tank solution PS's best for single was the SCAD tm-01.

SCAD Solo Tank Monitor with Gauge - TM01 Shop.Sailnet.com - sailing resources, shopping, sail, blogs

is the link for it. I'm planning on installing one on my boat this year.
