centerboard performance

Can anyone compare the performance of the standard IP foil keel with the shoal draft centerboard version? I am most interested in the IP 32 at this time. So any performance comments would be welcome.

Hi, we've been looking at IP 38s and some have been centerboard boats. I'm hoping that someone responds to this thread as we are also interested in the performance and/or other issues with the centerboard design.
