Islander 28

Going down in a couple of weeks to look at two Islander 28's, one a 1977 the other a 1978. Any thing special I should be aware of to watch for? Any comments or opinions? Thanks in advance

check the floor under the compression post for crushing/deflection. Pull up the floor boards and look at the condition of the keel studs. Someone fastened some stainless hardware to one of ours to secure the bilge pump that caused some galvanic corrosion problems.

We liked the Islander we had very much.
