Islander 30 Spreader Boots

We just inherited an Islander 30. Wanted to update the spreader boots before putting up the mast. Does anyone know what size to buy? 1", 1.5", or 2"?

there 1" 1/2 round boots, but they discontinued in the market so there is a padding with straps for it are on the market same size

I used the Edson leather boots on our boat (since that other company discontinued their boots). They are pretty nice, and you don't need to tape them, but are not cheap!

I just use a piece of carpet and tape over it. Got that idea from my sail maker
