Seeking 67 Islander specs

I'm in the process of looking for my first coastal cruiser. I've looked at a couple O'Days, a Catalina, a Pearson and a couple Cape Dorys. This past week I ran across a 30 ft. 1967 Islander Sloop. This is a fiberglass hull boat with a full keel, wheel steering and interestingly it is outboard powered. The outboard sits in a well just forward of the transom like a Cape Dory 25. It's not like later fin keel models I see on the web. What I'm hoping to find is actual displacement, ballast, lwl, draught and other specifications on the boat. Does anybody know where I might find that.

Since I was looking for information on this boat I thought I would post what I found out through BUC. The 1967 Islander 30 flat deck sloop designed for an outboard mounted in an outboard well has an 8200 lb. displacement, 2500 lb ballast, 8' 11" beam., 3' 8" draft.
