469 versus 479

Can anyone tell me the difference between the 469 and 479? What was changed on the boat?

There isn't a device on this world that can measure the indifference I have for that statement.

The 479 is 15" longer. And according to Jeanneau's website, more attractive to pretty ladies.

Re: 469 versus 479

In a very simple nutshell, not much. ALL of the boat that have another foot added, get the foot from the bow sprit that was introduced on the 349. Along with some of the models get a new back end, ie a wider swim platform also introduced on the 349. Here is a post I started a few months back at the Jeanneau-owners forum trying to figure this out. WIthin that post is a link the manufacture other minor changes, like cloth colors etc.
