I kept my 26` sailboat in Bay Harbour East transient docking Sept & Oct of 2009. Very nice place, and quiet.

I noticed that Commodore Perry Yacht club had extended the outer breakwall and started to install more docks.

Anyone know what thier plans are.??

I see those guys love to party a lot. I spent every weekend on my boat, and every weekend Commodore Perry YC had a party at the picnic shelter.
