shanedennis is on a distinguished road

4 1/2 months to go before we move aboard and head towards the east coast. What would your ideal route for the US shore of Lake Superior be?

I'm thinking:
Duluth>>Cornie or Sand Island>>Stockton Island>>Ontonagon>>Keeweenah Waterway>>Big Bay>>Marquette>>Grand Island>>Grand Marias>>Whitefish Point>>Waiska Bay

Are their places you think we just have to stop? This will be our last cruise on the US shore of Lake Superior for a very long time. Some of my favorites so far - smoked fish on the North Shore, Apostle Island anchorages, the Half Time Wreck, beer in Marquette and the anchorage on the south shore of Grand Island.
