Renting a Hobie Cat
 
Hi, I am new to sailing and would like to try renting a hobie cat in southern ontario, canada. It would be nice to rent one before going out and buying one for the first time.

Does anyone know a location in ontario that rents hobie cats?

I can't help you with where to rent one, but you say you are new to sailing. If that means you don't know how to sail, I would recommend lessons before going out on any sailboat.

I'd suggest to find nearest catamaran club and contact members for a free ride. Catsailors are friendly bunch.
There are many small clubs all around Americas
