Looking for Crew Opportunities

I''m searching for an opportunity to crew and learn. Mostly learn at this point. I would like to get as much practical experience before buying my own boat.

During this period, I''m trying to find people willing to take on a novice and show him the world of cruising.

I have a plan to buy a boat, live aboard, and cruise the Chesapeake until my retirement.

Located near Baltimore but would be willing to travel to the Eastern Shore/Annapolis...
