Someone posted this link from North Sails on another board. As a new sailor it is some of the best info I have seen.

Yep, North Sails has pretty good info. They also conduct a SailTrim course as part of their NorthU program, which is really really good, although after 8 hours your head will be more than full. The CD that accompanies the course is worth buying.
