Island Sailing School (WA/OR)

Hey all! I'm wondering if anyone has experience or has heard anything about the Island Sailing School in Seattle, WA / Olympia, WA / Portland, OR. (www.islandsailingschool.com) It is "asa certified." Is asa the best certification organization?
