Nothing specific to your boat, and I've got a lot less experience than you, but I'll state the obvious:
Reef early. I think about the only thing you can do is shift the center of effort lower to reduce heeling so that what keel you do have bites in as much as possible. My boat has a full keel with cutaway forefoot and a spade rudder. I just normally plan to make a lot of leeway, and reduce sail early to keep the heeling to a minimum. I short tack a lot. I'm pretty religious about making people hike, too. (The combination of those last two makes me relatively unpopular as a host.) The boat also has a centerboard which I just fixed this year and I'm looking forward to some improvement in windward performance. Is there any way you can
