Ape,
Here is how i am doing it.Crosses fingers and hopes.......
Background,I have ben on the hard for 25 years and she has seen JAWS..nuf said.Youngest child will be out of nest next summer.
Have house,double wide trailer and 30x70 barn.Currently building her new "house" in top of barn.This is her "ESCAPE".If she can not handle cursing full time or wants a break she has somewhere to go.This escape was a big thing in her saying"maybe".
Advice for you and wife is make sure she has a place to go if she hates it.Or suddenly decides she hates YOU!!!!! If she loves it you can rent out ESCAPE for income.
I just did a ASA keel boat 101 course and never having any formal training and having that "old timers" thing as far as memory i would defiantly suggest you pony up for the course.I learned allot as far as terms and was a good refresher as far as thinking before doing.
