Bought my first boat

1st. Sailboat how cool, I also am a Lurker, Dreamer was taken out on the S.F. bay twice on a 25?Cal, I loved it!!
Everyday since then I dream of becoming a Sailor, and teaching my self of the Sea of Cortez? Am planning on selling my 1941 Knuck HD that I built several times over the past 25 yrs. To Finance a boat ( trade in Cycle Boots for Dockers) It's funny my Girlfriend loves to ride on the back of my Scooter, But when I told her we would sail under the Golden Gate and hang a left She says Yer Crazy lol!
Will probably try to learn some on the Sf bay as I hear it is the hardest to sail? To leave the Bay Area for Mexico Forever is my dream! Grew up in Calif. And it Sucks Esp. Marin!!! Well Congradulations on yer New Boat! And Never give up on your Dreams!!

congrats, I also just bought my first sailboat. a 1981 victoria 18 have only taken it out once so far, but wife and I are hooked already.
