Dude, that link is actually in strict violation of the Sailnet rules (#22.a.ii). Please note the "tinyurl.com" hidden in that link. This is an external tracking system that secretly records information when you click on it, then sends you to the Sailnet page like nothing happened. You're none the wiser. Very nefarious if you ask me.

Why, it apparently even records your username! Look at the quote just under the link:

How would he know that? Fishy. Very fishy.

NEVER click that link!

It seems I have insufficient posting to send private messages. Is there another way you know of that I can contact this person?
Thanks

You know me Smack; I've got a boiler room filled with Romanian and Chinese coders creating key-loggers. If I don't capture personal info on at least 5 people a day, then I don't feed them...

By the way, what ever you do, DON'T look at this month's credit card statement. Just pay the bill and no one get's hurt...

Sail - I'm just joking about sending a pm to Dog. You definitely don't want want to do that.

Take CruisingDad's advice above. He's actually a moderator. Dog's just an average member like the rest of us...just opinionated.

Buy an ad. People will love you for supporting the site.

(PS - you know who the moderators are by the tagline beneath their user name.)

Probably should delete posts from #285 to this one. The dude that caused this firestorm deleted his. Now, this is all outta context.

[EDIT] Dude's handle is sailaboat.

Also, agree with Smack's comment below. Craig is gonna sell a Rocna 15 next month because of his contribution here.

However, we're waaay out on a tangent here. Mod's. feel free to delete...

Honestly, I think it's great having vendors around - as long as they follow the rules.

For example, think about Craig Smith with Rocna...and many, many others. They all provide great insight that's very valuable.

So just follow the rules, support the site with your ad dollars, and throw down some good insight. Easy peasy.
