Common Knots and usage

My wife and I were having a discussion regarding Knots
(yes, we need a life)
Basiclly I use two knots, the bowline and a rolling hitch. She's going on about how we should learn all these other knots as well. Being married, and well trained, I of course agreed. So my question is this, aside from the two I listed, what are other valuable knots to learn and why?

Larkshead is one I use for sheets at the headsail.

Of course, you might want to see if there is an alternate motive .....

Bowline, rolling hitch, clove hitch, figure 8 knot, stopper knot, double sheet bend, round turn with two half-hitches, tautline hitch and buntline hitch are all good knots to know.

Bowline in a bight is a good one for making a quick and dirty bosun's chair.

This sure is a knotty subject. ( Sorry could not leave it alone) Prussic is a good knot to know if you ever need to climb a halyard.

a round and two half hitches is by far the most common knot i use . i tie up my dinghy with it. figure 8 should be at the ends of all your sheets also. ANchor bend (similar to round and two half hitches) is also useful.
