Mid Harbor Marine Mid-Harbor 26 Moorings | Salem Harbor Moorings and Mooring Service located in Salem Harbor has an excellent service. I leased to own my mooring, and now that I own the mooring I only pay $150/year for maintenance.

They have a great launch "water taxi" service which is pay by the trip per person or a yearly unlimited fee of around $500.

Plus many local areas have dingy docks, which is what I use, to get back and forth to the boat.

Hope this helps.
