Learning to sail in New England

Looking for opinions...I will be relocating to Westerly, RI for the summer and would love to take some sailing lessons and be able to put my new skills to use. I don''t have a boat (yet), but I''ve been on a couple of sailing vacations (small boats in Greece) and know I LOVE it! Any ideas on lessons, schools, clubs...

Newport has several options for you including www.sailnewport.com and www.jworldschool.com / also, some of the local yacht clubs offer adult sailing programs.

Sail the sounds in Mystic Ct, just a few minutes drive from you. They offer classes and a sailing club. WWW.sailthesounds.com (if not, they are in the yellow pages). I took lessons there and liked it.
