CAL 35 Live aboard available

If you are looking for the perfect live aboard sailboat contact me about my 5'' draft 1984 CAL 35-Mark II complete with a/c-heat, numerous upgrades and improvements, separate sit/stand stall shower and pump, microwave, inverter, etc, etc. Read more about the boat in March 2003 Practical Sailor. The boat is located in beautiful Burnt Store Marina on Charlotte Harbor, Punta Gorda, Florida.
