New to sailing. Practicing today!

I'm brand new to the forum and sailing as well. Took a sailing course with a great instructor and bought a 27' boat as a starter. We are in Key West this week and will rent a small Hobie to have fun/practice on today. Looking forward to it,

Re: New to sailing. Practicing today!

Have fun! And if you bought a 27 foot monohull, then don't worry, it *will* tack quicker than that Hobie...:-)

Heading out within the hour. I hope I tack it well enough to enjoy the day!
