If you want a link to a good surveyor, let me know, I used a guy that did 3 different boats for me and did a pretty good job on them all.

call Lake Fairview Marina and ask for their instructor. They are in Orlando but he is on the coast. I want to say his name is Steve. First class guy, if he can't do it, he knows a couple guys who instruct out of Cocoa.

I took lessons with him last year for my ASA 101. Very knowledgeable and excellent sailor. He has a 40 footer of his own so he is use to the local waters.
