Crew listing sites?

Any suggestions on where to look for skippers who need crew for day sails?
I am looking to gain some more experience and figured getting out on the water with a knowledgeable skipper would be smart.

Thanks.

Join a local club. Someone always needs crew on wednesday nights.

roc,

+1 on joining a local club (or two, they usually aren't expensive). Most online crew/skipper sites are for longer passages.

I joined Off Shore Passage Opportunity. It costs about $150 a year, which for me is worth it. They email you crew opportunities at least once a month, usually more. Many of the boats are repeat customers so the site can usually vouch for the boat and captain. The positions vary from overnight coastal deliveries to ocean crossings. Other than being a member I have no other affiliation with this site.

Here in Seattle meetup.com (Puget Sound Sailing Group) is a popular option.
