Boat surfing

When I visited San Francisco last year, I noticed that marina costs where similar to what we have here in New Zealand. I am proposing to rent a modest boat, that's moored in Sausilito for August 2015. This would not involve moving the boat. It would be as accommodation only. And I would be happy to organize something similar for anyone who would like to visit New Zealand.

As my wife and I have lived aboard boats over the years, we would feel comfortable with the basics. I was thinking something like $1000, per month.

Like I say, I can try to sort out the same kind of opportunity for sailing people, who want to check out the south seas. Just let me know.

Regards Steven.

Re: Boat surfing

Naw, this is different than Craigs List. More like BoatBNB or berth surfing...run with it.

The OP needs to reach out to boat owners who are willing to rent out or lease their boat. What better place to find someone for this arrangement than craigslist?
