Liveaboard MI or upstate NY? Help!

Search out Miller Marina, Jefferson Beach Marina, Emerald City Marina and Michigan Harbor all in St. Clair Shores, Mi. I believe some if not all allow winter livaboard.
Keans on the upper Detroit River also does as does the DYC on Belle Isle in Detroit. There is one on the Clinton River but I forget the name. I've heard there are several hundred livaboards in the metro Detroit area.
