Splendide

I have had two of these - non-vented version. They are better washers than dryers as they use water in the drying cycle as well as the washing cycle. The vented version may be a better dryer. Current one is almost 5 yrs old and has had no problems despite weeky use. We have a watermaker - needed because of water usage.

on board washing machine

I have taken a little time to research this and have the following for the collective.

SetSail.com - the serious cruising sailor's website

Septic Tank Systems, Portable Washing Machine, Clothes Dryer

Lehman's - Products for Simple, Self-sufficient Living

hope these are useful.

I have the wonder wash. It really cleans very well. It does use a tad more water then they claim, as you need a few rinses as the pressure does push the soap into the cloths.
