Looking for NC live a boards

Ahoy,
I am looking for liveaboards in North Carolina willing to talk about their life for an upcoming book about life on the Intracoastal. I would appreciate any and all contacts. The book will also include those who work on the ICW--so if you know any oystermen or women, barge operators, or bridgetenders, I'd love to talk to all.
Thanks in advance,
Kate Walsh

The problem you have here Kate, is one of semantics. You need to target ICW cruisers, rather than NC liveaboards, as NC is just a part of the ICW. Also, the NC part is quite different than the rest of the ICW, as it is mostly open bodies of water, rather than channels.

It would also help if you posted some references. Also, the reason you chose this subject, would probably ellict a bit more interest from those who might have useful information. As it is, it sounds like you want to make some bucks off of other people's experiences. So a bit more elaboration, might serve you well.

Kate: You might want to consider a visit to the "Southbound Cruisers Rally" in New Bern. Oct 24-27 ( I think).
