The whole famn damily is going to be dress as priates, as we sing and freeze our a$$es off.

Should be a kick in the butt

You know what the first rule of sailing is? ...Love. You can learn all the math in the 'verse, but you take
a boat to the sea you don't love, she'll shake you off just as sure as the turning of the worlds. Love keeps
her going when she oughta fall down, tells you she's hurting 'fore she keens. Makes her a home.

We did the parade last night and had a freak'n blast, had 15 people all dressed as dead pirates with the exception my son who was Davy Jones and a young actor who looked, sounded and walked like Jack Sparrow.

Must have been around 75 or more boats and 1000's of spectators lined the shore, it was awsome.

We did evrything we started out to do except the flames on the main sail, ( we weren't allowed to havethe sail up ) we end up projecting flames on the mast ( wood ) and that looked pretty cool from what I heard, I couldn't see.

I wasn't able to get pics of the parade, just of the boat in the slip and I'll post those when I remember were I put the camera, However, the my dead crew shot abunch and they said they'll email me copies.

All-n-All, we had a awsome time, both friend and family said it will be something they'll remember for a long time

And you can't beat that

oh yeah, the fog machine got broken so that didn't happen either, but I got my hands on a full size priate chest and we filled it full of gold stuff and lights so it looked like a treasure chest

Sailorsams.com sells LED rope lights in 12, 24, 11v. by the foot. Red ones are also good for night lights in the cabin when mountd around the base of cabinets or seats.

I hope to find more pics somewhere, this was Sat. night before the priate chest and before we cover the boat in cheeze cloth

We used 420' of led rope lights and 185' ice cicle lights and I don't know how many yards of cheeze cloth, but in the end it looked pretty dang good
