don't know if this is allowed...

but since some folks find me insufferable - which tells me i'm doin' a good job - i've started a liveaboard blog at www.loosemoorings.org. that way i won't be widdling in anyone's cornflakes no more. it's open to comments so the hate mail can continue there without interrupting important threads like what color doilies go well with teak...

Hoffa-

Don't see why it wouldn't be allowed, provided you're not trying to spam us with a commercial website. I'm glad you did post it...now we can bug you on two websites.

You know what the first rule of sailing is? ...Love. You can learn all the math in the 'verse, but you take
a boat to the sea you don't love, she'll shake you off just as sure as the turning of the worlds. Love keeps
her going when she oughta fall down, tells you she's hurting 'fore she keens. Makes her a home.

That's great Hoffa, I look forward to your life's observations. I think you might be a little oversensitive about your reception here, however. I for one have really enjoyed reading and participating in the threads you have started. Agree or disagree; you usually bring up points and issues that are provocative and "meat" rather than "Gravy".

glad you enjoy them. but as to the "too sensitive" suggestion, my perspective is that the problem for me and others is insensitivity. insensitivity leads to bad things while sensitivity does not. i think we could all use more of it.
