liveaboard manifesto

for anyone who has experience with writing a manifesto, or anyone who would like to participate in one, i'm wanting to write one and distribute it on my blog. the more the better on this kind of thing, so if you like the idea, pm me or drop me a line on my blog.

Sorry, they don't list numbers for inmates at SuperMax. I think Hoffa would have better luck trying to call his namesake...
