That 2200. was per season not per month Your actually paying and equivalent of 3,600. for the same amount of time.

Yep. I wish I had that kind of price. I think I'm in the neighborhood of 180. per foot. It's hard to tell these days because of all of the add on fee's like a 3% environmental tax (levied only by my marina. it's not a state tax) plus regular state sales tax (6%).
