TN River livaboard

OK guys and gals, here is our dilemma. We own a Roberts 44 Offshore which is docked in Toronto Canada. I am married to a US citizen from TN ( Knoxville ) and I talked her into moving up here with me 2 years ago after I lived down there for 2 years. We have lived aboard both summer and winter and would like to maybe move the boat down to the TN river and live down there all year. This past winter was hell! I have looked around down there a bit but thought maybe some of you either live on the river or know of a Marina or Club that will accept livaboards. Is this done anywhere on the river? Any info or help would greatly appreciated

Don't have any exact locations, but I do know there are many liveaboards (though mostly in houseboats) along the Tennessee River system. Max mast height is 51 feet coming in from the Gulf or the Ohio River.
