Hmmm... Shouldn't all this talk about banging rigging and halyard slapping belong in the "things that sound dirty but really aren't" Thread.

That aside I like the sound rigging makes (on a calm day), it is kinda soothing like the sound of raindrops on a roof, but I also like the creaking of docks. However I'm the type of guy that leaves th TV/Radio on at night when im sleeping.
