We have had the Froli system for the last two seasons up front in the v-berth. Easy to install and it definitely makes a positive difference (I'm about 215 lbs). It does make getting to storage under the berth a bit more problematic ... In our case, the storage we want to get to is at the narrow (forward) end of the berth as our main water tank is under the aft end of the berth. It is very flexible which is both a good thing and a bad thing. Good in that you can lay it over on itself and not really have any issues. Bad because it makes it floppy when you are trying to do just that. You do NOT have to take it apart, though some pieces might become disconnected. Easy to reconnect, however.
All in all, I would highly recommend it.
